Arusha National Park – A hidden gem often overlooked, Arusha National Park beckons with its multifaceted allure. A short drive from Moshi or Arusha, it offers an ideal day-trip location for wildlife enthusiasts. Lake Manyara National Park – Immerse yourself in a wilderness adventure encompassing diverse ecosystems—from the Rift Valley soda lake to dense woodlands and steep mountainsides. This park is renowned for its tree-climbing lions and the vast elephant herds it safeguards. The shores of the lake, adorned with pink flamingos, welcome over 400 bird species, creating a spectacle amidst buffalo herds, cheetahs, Masai giraffes, and impalas.

Day 1
Pickup from Airport for transfer to Manyara Safari Lodge or one of our Partner’s Hotel’s in Arusha or Moshi.
Transfer from International Airport to Manyara Safari Lodge, on the border of Lake Manyara National Park, or any Hotel in Arusha or Moshi, including our Gold Standard Hotel Partner.


Day 2
Full Day Safari in Tarangire National Park, overnight at Manyara Safari Lodge.
Travel to Tarangire, Home of the Elephants in Tanzania, for an astounding safari full of lions, leopard, cheetah, elephants, and birds before returning to Manyara Safari Lodge to surrender to serenity.


Day 3
Descend down into the Ngorongoro Crater before returning to Manyara Safari Lodge for the night.

Head to the Ngorongoro Crater to explore the incredible caldera in the hope of seeing the fabled black rhinos before returning to Manyara Safari Lodge to surrender to serenity.


Day 4
Cultural experience at Lake Eyasi with the Hadzabe Tribe, overnight at Manyara Safari Lodge.
One of the last remaining hunter-gatherer tribes on Earth, known for shunning material possessions and social hierarchy, the Hadza will warmly welcome you into their company so you can experience how they live, before returning to Manyara Safari Lodge.


Day 5
Full Day Safari in Lake Manyara National Park, overnight at Manyara Safari Lodge.
 Full day Safari either in Lake Manyara National Park, Home of the Tree Climbing Lions in Tanzania, and more than four hundred species of birds, including the super rare bar tailed trogon and the endemic silvery cheeked hornbill.


Day 6
Depart Manyara Safari Lodge to be transferred back to your choice of hotel in Arusha or Moshi or the airport to continue your adventure elsewhere.
The Travel Partner Team would be absolutely delighted to organise the next stage of your trip: Climb Kilimanjaro, or dip your toes into the sparkling lazulite waters of the Indian Ocean while relaxing on a beach in Zanzibar, or go gorilla trekking in Uganda or itching to explore Kenya.

 

Day 7
